

Most free screenshot programs do not support the removal of these visual effects which means that the screenshots may look unprofessional. Modern operating systems come with all kinds of visual effects like rounded window corners or alpha effects that look nice but may be problematic for users who want to take screenshots.

That does not get you far though, as you need an image editing program to paste that screenshot into and edit it before you save it on your system.
